BEFORE

Mikaela was a supervisor at work with ten employees. She worked 60 hours a week and never felt like she could get on top of the workload.

She was exhausted and irritable most of the time. Her employee's were afraid to approach her with ideas or suggestions because she was dismissive, short, and irritable.

Mikaela’s stress impacted her family life too. She missed a great deal of family outings, and when she was there, she was too stressed to really enjoy time together. Her husband and kids felt like they were always walking on eggshells.

AFTER

After Happy Boundaries Training, Mikaela learned how to empower her employees and trust them to do their fair share of work. She was noticeably lighter and people started stopping by her office to chat.

She started sleeping more, enjoying her family more, and had increased productivity at work. She built in a new sense of awareness that taught her to delegate, redirect her perfectionism, and how to artfully say no, negotiate and communicate collaboratively so everyone wins.

Mikaela was able to move things off her plate to make room for what was most valuable to her and brought happiness.

Mikaela transformed her relationship to herself, her employees and family. She rewired her brain by letting go of old patterns that weren’t serving her, and upgrading with new tools and skills which drastically impacted the way she related to herself and others.
