The training videos will vary week to week in length. Plan to spend 1 to 2 hours per week total time, which includes weekly group video calls if you choose to join. We encourage students to invest daily time and attention to awareness as this drastically helps solidify the concepts taught throughout the training.

Training Content
Overview
Each week students watch video lessons and join a group video call to get expert help in growing their happy boundaries skills.
Week 1: Overview & Why
Overview of the 7 weeks of training topics and course goals. The boundary issue is explained and why Happy Boundaries are the solution.
Week 2: Beyond Fine
Introduction to the importance of the Repletion Depletion Scale and a personalized plan begins to take form to build hope and optimism. These are the building blocks for Happy Boundaries.
Week 3: Boundary Conundrum Explained
The map of unhealthy boundaries explained. Why we fall for it, and how we mistakenly believe it is the best thing for ourselves and others. We see where we have been going wrong with the best of intentions.
Week 4: The Solution
Introduction of Cooperative Communication as the solution and to unhealthy boundaries. Students begin to put awareness to action, planning and transformation begins.
Week 5: Power & Boundaries
Types of Power are explained and we learn how power affects our ability to get our needs met and feel empowered though Boundaries. We learn techniques to balance power for ourselves and those around us.
Week 6 - Our Personal Storyteller
In order to build awareness so we can create new boundaries, we need to understand how our internal dialog has kept us from doing so. Learning how our story maker creates stories, breaks down their power, and gives new internal space to create new patterns.
Week 7: Putting It All Together
In this final week we pull all the pieces together. We summarize, review and learn from our experiences. Success stories shared as we learn from one another.

How Will Boundary Training Affect Me?
Where Do You Need It Most?
Some people have excellent boundaries at work but less so at home with friends and family. Others are in the opposite situation. This 7 week boundary training will help you all your relationships (and yourself) with a whole new set of eyes.
As you build the muscles to set happy boundaries, you will experience the benefit of seeing situations all around you transform.
Most people say that gradually over time, everything changes, relationships with children, with partners, at work. Eventually, we steer clear of sticky situations because we have a new awareness that we didn't have prior to the training.
You will learn in this course, the mechanism for burnout and imbalance and learn the way to rebalance.
You will learn how to move from depletion to repletion.
You will learn how to move away from life-draining experiences and into life-enhancing experiences.
You will learn the importance of self investigation and how to ask for 100% of what you want 100% of the time and the importance of negotiation.
You will learn the importance of, and how to dialog with cooperative communication skills which takes everyones needs into account.
You will decrease negative self-talk and understand the difference between observable facts and stories.
You will learn how you power play and how it isn’t serving your best interest.
